Surviving Yusuf Olatunji Fatai

Sometime on or around June 9th, 2021, I was visited at my home by Victor Emenike Okafor to discuss my separation from Yusuf and try to mend the broken relationship. At this time, I did have an active TPO out against Yusuf, and technically, it violated the TPO 3rd party contact having him come to my home. Victor also dropped off some gifts on behalf of Yusuf during the first visit photos attached. The following day, Victor came back to my house unannounced to try and mediate on Yusuf’s behalf by trying to get him to provide a vehicle to me, considering Yusuf had illegally repossessed my truck from the garage months prior and sold another vehicle solely belonging to me illegally without my signature or consent. Victor’s attempts to mediate had gone unsuccessfully, and June 10th, 2021 was the last time he had come to my home that I know of.

A hearing was had sometime in July 2021 regarding the violations, and Yusuf had avoided arrest by consenting to violating and extending the TPO for a longer period.

A couple of weeks later, after the fact, I opened these gifts, and amongst them was a Facebook Oculus VR headset, which had every appearance of being preset and already logged in to Yusuf’s personal Facebook account. My oldest children began playing with it unbeknownst to me, and my oldest child brought to my attention very concerning messages that were coming across the screen as he played games on it. Me being very unfamiliar with this I learned how to navigate it and say some very concerning messages on Yusuf Facebook Messenger.
