Ask yourself how will a Judge see fit to give 3 children, 2 girls ages 5, and 6, and one boy age 8 to a domestic abuser and one who had been charged with child cruelty in the 3rd degree and simple battery assaulting me while pregnant?

How will a Judge make such an error in judgment considering the heavily weighed evidence of a regular pattern of conduct from Yusuf?

How can a Judge reasonably remove the 3 children from the mother who raised them from birth knowingly after confirming numerous times that there was NO written report from Kim Oppenheimer to substantiate such very serious defamatory slanderous allegations about me and my mental well-being?

How could anyone suddenly after over 3 years of divorce proceedings, be a psychopath, bi-polar, etc, all the other garbage stated in the attached transcripts and have exhibited no signs of this? Allegations that have never been made before a less than one-hour visit with Kim Oppenheimer have been made, and never in my previous psychological report. How could a Judge think such allegations could be true in a 1-time visit to an unethical therapist Kim Oppenheimer?

How can I be accused of allientation of the father to my 3 kids who posed a significant threat to my life on numerous occasions putting me into the hospital more than once occasion and has a long history of the same conduct in the same Gwinnett County?

Never taking into consideration, there were numerous TPOs I have had against him and numerous times, he had consented to extend them to avoid jail after he would knowingly violate them.

Never taking into account that Kathryn Taylor Franklin when it appeared she was actually working in the best interest of the minor children involved filed a motion to vacate which was granted by the court to suspend Yusuf’s visitation with the kids after a temporary order was issued in the divorce proceedings.

Kathryn in an effort to suppress evidence that was previously presented to her and the court started portraying me to be a liar and going to great lengths to perpetuate Yusuf to be some great guy who can keep his hands to himself.

Someone whom she knew continued to maltreat the children and threaten them with belts after he began unsupervised visitation. Ignoring all concerns from the children’s therapist and ignoring her witness testimony 2 times, Kathryn long before started acting in Yusuf’s best interest and as lead attorney for him.

How can the same Judge know that I completed an evaluation over 2 months with Dr. Eddie Beal, MD, who never received any notes/medical records from Kim Oppenheimer or Kathryn Taylor Franklin to substantiate any of the salacious allegations made about me? How could the same Judge not correct the error and lapse in Judgement to remove my children from my care since May 28th, 2024? How does she sleep at night knowing she took 3 of 4 children from a mother who never did anything wrong to them nor was even mentally unwell in the first place. How can she sleep knowing I was cleared as having NONE of the mental issues, according to Kathryn Taylor Franklin, that Kim Oppenheimer alleged I have, to even have justified the complete removal of 3 of 4 children out of my care.

According to Kathryn domestic abuse that happened to my children and me is ancient history and everyone needs to move on.

No, it can never be. Domestic abuse is a person’s conduct and that is who they are. It was never a one-off and isolated incident it is embedded into who he is with the desire for power and extreme control.

That sort of mentality is precisely what is wrong with society, and God forbid anything happen to my children; the entire State of Georgia will not rest.
