Surviving Yusuf Olatunji Fatai

So, the attached is a false ex-parte TPO (temporary order of protection). An ex-parte order simply means that one individual has gone before a Judge to seek an action to be done, absent of the other party, who would also have an opportunity to prove their innocence. Many have wondered why Judge Valencia Head would even issue such in the first place. I have no relationship with Kathryn, nor am I dating her, I am not a lesbian, and literally have nothing with that woman.

Many find it laughable that a person would go to such grave lengths to cover up negligence, and malfeasance, considering she did indeed loose my oldest daughter while on a supervised visit with the the father Yusuf Olatunji Fatai at Sugarloaf Mills Mall which both tried to cover up after my children began talking about the mayhem which ensued on that supervised visit. How could guardian ad litem conducting a supervised visit leave all children unattended at several points in time while she was supposed to be supervising the father Yusuf Olatunji Fatai with the kids.

Sure, things happen but why lie about it? Why allegedly hold an ex-parte meeting with Judge Ronnie Batchelor to perpetuate lies about me after malfeasance was discovered according to reports from my kids?

Then I found out she also has a history of drunken driving. She is the same person who transported my kids to this supervised visit. Kathryn Taylor Franklin’s conduct while assigned as a guardian ad litem on my divorce case was absolutely horrendous and should be a case study. Not only were several instances of overbilling discovered, she also suppressed evidence and would lie about documents submitted to her MyCase online portal the length of conversations that she had with people as well to bill for more hours that were not earned.

Kathryn would eventually go to extreme lengths to cover up her malfeasance and misconduct by immediately calling the sheriff’s office to notify them i sent her a blank email with the TPO.

At what point in time does a blank email mistakenly sent as clarified by my attorney by mistake as my attorney was the intended recipient to see the allegations made against me warrant Judge William Brogdon issuing a warrant for my arrest? On May 9th, 2024, I was arrested on false pretenses, considering the allegations in the ex-parte TPO are not true. Kathryn didn’t stop there on May 10th, 2024 she would come to the TPO hearing to demand Judge Kimberly Gallant find me in contempt of the ex-parte TPO even though I was arrested in custody the day before. Judge Kimberly Gallant was kind enough to allow me to choose a day I could return to the court with adequate counsel, as I didn’t hire my attorney for that court hearing and she wasn’t available. Despite Judge Kimberly Gallant being very fair and just, Kathryn wasn’t satisfied and was belligerent which seems to be a common occurence in court for her. Kathryn demanded the Judge hear the case that day, and told her I was a liar. Howver the Judge stood on what she said and court was adjourned.

In an interesting twist of events, Kathryn and the other disgraced attorney Misty Leigh Carlson marched down to the clerk of courts office at the magistrate court in the Gwinnett County Jail to fill out a contempt of TPO form, both were intercepted by a kind sheriff’s officer and Kathryn was again very belligerent shouting saying she needs to give the form to the judge so I could be found in contempt, the sheriff’s officer yelled at her saying we “Do not do that. here!, You can do that over there! (I assume he meant the Superior Court where Kathryn often practices law considering she isn’t a criminal law attorney”) she and Misty marched back to the same courtroom where I was eventually told Judge Regina Matthews was presiding over another case and Kathryn Franklin busted into the courtroom and demanded that she find me in contempt of court.

My mom and I sat in absolute disbelief of the uncouth and unprofessional behavior of both Misty Carlson and Kathryn Franklin, it was akin to watching a scene out of Punk’d with Ashton Kutcher, however this time the cameras popped out to reveal that all that was happening before our eyes was a prank.
