On the afternoon of December 14th, 2023, Kathryn Taylor Franklin visited my home unannounced without previously even seeing that I would be home at that hour. I was notified by my neighbors who were outside that a woman had been standing outside my door for quite some time. I checked my cameras and saw Kathryn standing outside, looking very pressed.

To my surprise, I didn’t know of her intent to stop by my house. I would later find out from my children after their return from their elementary school that “Kate” came to visit them at school and asked it they wanted to have pizza with their dad.

I learned from the school counselor that Kathryn claimed to her that she called and said she would come by the school. Despite that not actually being true, I was a bit disappointed that the school staff would allow that to take place without informing me, and precisely shows the lack of security implemented in the school.

The day prior I complained about Kathryn to my state representative as I was being threatened and pressured for payment that I didn’t have. After he contacted someone else to see how he could assist, I was informed that Kathryn would be plotting against me if I didn’t pay her what she asked. It was suggested I seek help with Gwinnett Legal Aid immediately, which I was approved for but unfortunately, with the time of year, they said that they didn’t have the resources to take on a case of my age.

This would not be the first time I heard of such, as I was informed of Kathryn’s intent since November of her ultimatum if I didn’t attend a parental fitness evaluation with Kim Oppenheimer. Coincidentally, the same unprofessional therapist who allegedly and I use that word very loosely as we don’t actually know what the truth is with Kim Oppenheimer since she allowed Kathryn to use her name and perpetuate hearsay to make very serious allegations about me and my wellbeing. Allegations that were till date never supported by a report, neither did Kathryn nor Kim Oppenheimer provide and evidence of such findings to Dr. Eddie Beal MD who after 2 months of testing confirmed the alleagations to be unfounded and untrue.

I sought help from a pro-bono attorney, who was willing to take my case however Kathryn filled a motion into the case once again, a few days later I was informed she couldn’t take on my case as she for seen me being in litigation for many more months.

After reaching out to my previous counsel, who also informed me to be prepared for many more months of litigation in this case. I also believe that they saw that this Kathryn individual wasn’t right and had no intent to act in the best interests of my children.

Kathryn Taylor Franklin is completely unethical, unprofessional, self-aggrandizing, and has overbilled me during the time of service. She is morally corrupt and supports wrongdoing.

She should not be able to practice law anywhere, and should not even guard a dog.
